I have oh so much more stuff like this that I should post on some separate blog or something, though most are Naruto related since I got most of the recent ones from the Narutofan forums. And yes, I've reached the level of actually wasting my time reading Naruto forums lately out of pure procrastination from homework, but there's just so much win to be found in people's sigs and the joke forums :O! Soon I guess I'll make a separate blog for rambling such as this and all my other recent posts, but for now I must do something productive (like actually doing some of that website stuff :/)

OBREJECTION!

Oh... I need someone to whine to :< I didn't think I'd be this disappointed
in not being able to go to UT. I started to like the idea of staying closer to home and being a warm place, but I guess it's my fault for doing whatever I did (or most likely something that I didn't do right) to get me a rejection from them anyway. That and applying to somewhere that's cold σ_σ; But at least Chicago is a freaking nice city~ Big plus from me.

But yeah... I'm still surprised that I didn't even get into the university. There's like 3 chances of getting in if you apply for 2 majors: First choice major, second choice major, and then the general undeclared liberal arts thing. But I failed at all three of those and got offered the CAP program. Yeah, no thanks Dx Austin is the only nice place in Texas anyhow. So I guess this time next year I'll be in Illinois *_* This is going to be interesting.

Misc.

Ok, since I don't actually have any other blogs (that I use) for just rambling I will vandalize my own sketch blog to suit this purpose.

I finished Death Note... finally! :O It's been, what, like two years since I started reading it first? I must say I'm not satisfied with the ending, but for unknown reasons. Maybe it's just the fact that it's over that doesn't sit well with me possibly Dx And I'm not sure what to think of Raito. I like his character but at the same time I can't stand him and his use of people that are close to him :S The mental breakdown was pretty cool though, although it made me laugh at times...

At least now all the humorous Itachi-Kira parallels make more sense.
And I wish Matt and Mello appeared more. I really loved Mello's voice for some reason and I'd always wanted to see Matt since I stopped reading the manga before he was introduced, but their time was so short :< I mean, we see Matt maybe twice while Mello is on the phone, then again as he throws a smoke bomb while in a car, and then not long that after he gets a couple of holes put through him. Though I hear that the 2nd part of the anime is a bit different than the manga? Also, it took me until I reached the last few episodes to actually start missing L (and, of course, Watari.) They were so much more interesting than Near and his groupies.

And out of curiosity, who was the guy from Death Note someone suggested I cosplay 2 years ago? All I remember is that he had a suit... which I think they all do. Was it Mikami? xD

(Forgive me for sounding ADD. I was never very good at written expression and structuring, sadly;)

Oh, and one last thing: the latest chapter of Naruto.

My first real attempt at Avatar fanart/sketchy/quickthing...

mission failed D: I cut off the bottom because it was horrid and threw in a random background. I had this super-awesome detailed scenery idea, but obviously I stopped caring before I even finished coloring the two characters. Not to mention only the skin came out alright, I think. And Momo, wtf I can't draw animals xD At least practicing with a new brush turned out to be pretty fun.

I hate making titles

So yesterday I had the weirdest feeling all evening. I was horribly agitated for absolutely no reason and I could not make myself do homework any longer. I had the horrible need to draw something (mostly a few types of specific things) but I also had horrible idea blockage, as is the usual. So I started drawing whatever and this is what happened. I'd call it a speed painting if it didn't take me 2 hours to do with all the freaking photoshop errors and crashing. To think that something we paid not that little of an amount for is always F-ing up didn't exactly help my irritability last night either...

Thank god spring break is soon =_=
